Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maths Lecturer to join our Maths team reporting to our Curriculum Manager of English, Maths, Digital and Foundation Learning.
As a Maths Lecturer with Redcar and Cleveland College, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of Maths programmes, ensuring that lessons are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to meet the needs of all learners. You will plan and deliver effective lessons, assess learners’ progress through examinations and continuous assessment, and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and progression. You will also contribute to the wider work of the department through participation in curriculum development, team meetings, and quality assurance activities.

The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have:
