The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions across the IT & technology landscape, including:
* Software Engineering
* Cloud & Infrastructure
* Data & Analytics
* Cyber Security
* AI & Emerging Technologies
* Digital Transformation
* You’ll operate with real autonomy, trusted to lead high value hiring projects, provide commercial insight to clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business as we expand the Sustain brand.This role suits someone who enjoys influence, responsibility, and the freedom to build something meaningful.What You’ll Be Doing360 Recruitment Delivery
o Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and or contract roles
o Delivering high quality shortlists and an exceptional client experience
Client Relationship Management
o Acting as a trusted partner to your clients
o Providing market insight, hiring strategy and consultative advice
Business Development & Growth
o Identifying and converting new opportunities within your chosen market
o Growing accounts and building long term, high value client relationships
Candidate Engagement & Talent Strategy
o Engaging specialist tech talent and building robust candidate networks
o Advising candidates on market trends and career moves
Market Expertise & Leadership
o Positioning yourself as a subject matter expert
o Supporting team growth and contributing to best practice across the business
What We’re Looking For
o Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within IT and Technology
o A strong track record of building and managing client relationships
o Commercially minded, proactive and confident in developing new business
o Motivated by autonomy, results and long term success
o A confident communicator with a genuine passion for quality recruitment
o Ambitious, curious and excited to help shape a growing brand
