In this role you will play a key part of the Engineering team, supporting manufacturing through machine setup, breakdown response and proactive maintenance. Responsibilities include As the Engineeering Technician, you will ensure machines and equipment are operating at peak efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement across the site. Your key duties will include: * Supporting machine setups and verifications following product changeovers * Responding promptly to mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment faults * Monitoring equipment performance, quality outputs and identifying issues early * Executing planned maintenance activities and documenting accordingly * Collaborating on continuous improvement projects Key requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * A relevant engineering qualification such as ONC or NVQ Level 3 * Proven mechanical and electrical experience in a regulated manufacturing setting * Strong fault-finding skills and hands-on familiarity with production equipment * The ability to interpret engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision * Flexibility to support the wider business needs If you are passionate about engineering in a manufacturing environment we would love to hear from you.
