Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary HR lead for the site, supporting leaders across all people matters
* Partner with site leadership to deliver the people strategy aligned to business objectives
* Lead employee relations activity including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
* Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and health & safety standards
* Coach and develop line managers to build strong, capable leadership
* Manage HR data, reporting and metrics to support decision-making
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in a site-based environment (manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar)
* Strong employee relations expertise and confidence operating in a unionised or operational setting
* Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable being hands-on
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable)
