The Opportunity:
We are looking for reliable, adaptable, and skilled freelance chefs to join our consultancy led team. Whether you are looking for consistent relief work in top-tier kitchens, high-end private dining opportunities or part of our project led team, we offer flexible shifts that fit your schedule.
What Youll Be Doing:
Running and managing sections independently in fast-paced kitchens and high end operations.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, allergen control, and stock rotation.
Adapting quickly to different menus and kitchen setups.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a professional kitchen (minimum Head Chef level preferred for senior relief).
Certification: Valid Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate. Level 3 preferred and provided free of charge.
Traits: A "team-first" attitude, calm under pressure, and impeccable punctuality.
Bonus: Own transport is advantageous but not essential.
