My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team on a 6‑month contract in Newcastle. This is a hand‑on role focused on managingplex, high‑value customer care projects within occupied homes, ensuring issues are resolved professionally, safely, and to the highest quality standards
As a Customer Care Project Manager, you will take full ownership of larger projects and sensitive cases, including defect diagnosis,plaint resolution, and the development and delivery of effective resolution strategies
What you’ll be doing:
1. Oversee inspections, project management activities, customermunications, and the successful execution of works in occupied homes.
2. Take ownership ofplex defects andplaints, managing cases through to resolution with a strong customer‑first focus.
3. Manage warranty claims (NHBC, Premier, LABC) in conjunction with the Customer Care Operations Manager, ensuring timely and effective oues.
4. Provide on‑site management of high‑priority and sensitive cases, coordinating contractors and stakeholders as required.
5. Champion health & safety, ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line withpany policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for:
6. Proven experience in contract or project management within residential construction or customer care.
7. Strong knowledge of defect management, warranty providers, and working in occupied homes.
8. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
9. A proactive, organised approach with the confidence to manageplex and sensitive situations.
