Assistant Manager - Ernest Jones
As an Assistant Store Manager at Ernest Jones, you'll join the team in a store within the local area.
You'll support our Store Manager in achieving the store's targets by promoting the sales culture, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You should be passionate about role modeling your selling skills, coaching, and inspiring your team through great leadership, adopting a proactive approach to sales management.
You'll run the store when the Store Manager is not present and will be required to plan, adjust priorities, and organize activities regularly.
At Ernest Jones, you'll focus on establishing excellent relationships with our clients to ensure that when making a special purchase from our collection of exquisite diamonds, prestigious watch brands, or luxury jewelry and gifts, they are guided by your experience and knowledge to select the perfect piece for their occasion.

We're looking for candidates with the following qualities:
* Inspirational leadership credentials with a proven track record in retail Assistant / Store Management
* A commercially savvy approach with a drive to improve and deliver outstanding results
* Experience in coaching and motivating others, with a passion for developing team members to their full potential
* An interest in the jewelry industry and a genuine appreciation for our products, with a passion to help customers Celebrate Life and Express Love
