The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to individual needs and small groups.
* Identify and support students across all levels of need.
* Set challenging targets and maintain high aspirations for every learner.
* Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans.

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience working within SEN settings.
* Patient, calm, and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Ability to develop and implement personalised care plans.
