We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.

Responsibilities
* Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
* Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
* Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments, and available pharmacy services.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
* Handle queries within competence and escalating when needed.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
* Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
* A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
* A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right products and solutions.
* The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured, having had a great experience at the Pharmacy counter.
* The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance, helping with prescription queries, or referring them to the pharmacist for expert advice.
* A positive, team-focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
Benefits
* Pay starts at 13.70 per hour, rising to 14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.
* Flexible working with guaranteed minimum hours; roles from 12 to 16+ hours per week.
