Summary
We are seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic team in the North West. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to recruit top-tier security staff by supporting the recruitment process and ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring workflows.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
* Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
* Support lead generation efforts for potential candidates through various channels.
* Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment or willingness to study towards appropriate qualification.
* Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Taleo or Workday is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of HRIS systems is essential for managing employee data.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in relationship management and candidate engagement strategies.
