Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and analysing performance metrics to ensure strong brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
* Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Monitor accounts daily and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
* Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns to support marketing objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, or product launches.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and create monthly performance reports. Use insights to optimize strategy and improve results (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversions).
* Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates. Suggest creative ways to leverage emerging trends and platform features.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to align social media content with broader brand campaigns and marketing goals.
About you:
* Proven experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
* Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of SEO and influencer marketing is a plus
