About the Organisation & Home
A respected national provider of children's residential care, known for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex care and exploitation (CCE) needs.
Key Features:
A 4-bed therapeutic home supporting children aged 8-18 with EBD and complex trauma backgrounds, including risks around exploitation and harmful behaviours.
Specialist therapeutic input and dedicated access to regional clinicians including psychologists, therapists, exploitation advisors, and practice trainers.

About the Role
Lead a stable, dedicated team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic residential care
Champion a culture of compassion, structure, and aspiration
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and the Children's Homes Regulations
Promote trauma-informed, child-centred practice at every level
Develop staff through coaching, supervision, and leadership
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and service development
Manage budgets, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with external professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes
Participate in the on-call rota and maintain a consistent, visible presence
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior role within children's residential care
Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
Confident leader with excellent communication and motivational skills
Experience with budgets, staffing, and performance management
Fully committed to delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes
Full UK Driving Licence required
