About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher to work 2 days per week, delivering engaging, play-informed learning and supporting pupils as they build strong foundations in phonics, reading, writing, and maths.

What You’ll Do
• Teach well-planned, engaging Year 1 lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
• Support early reading, phonics, and core skills development
• Create a nurturing, structured classroom environment
• Assess learning and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Uphold safeguarding and promote child welfare
