Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join an established warehouse in the Nursling industrial estate. The role is temp ongoing, with hours from 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 18:30 on Fridays, and occasional Saturdays. The pay rate is £12.90 per hour.
For this role, you need to have a Reach, Bendi, or Counter Balance forklift license.
Our client is expanding their team for the upcoming busy period. We are looking for candidates with recent experience in a warehouse environment who can bring energy and assist in the efficient operation of the warehouse.
Your duties will include:
* Booking in customer orders using a booking portal
* Picking and locating goods within the warehouse management system
* Picking hotel/bar stock orders with an RF gun
* Loading and unloading trailers and containers
* Booking in landed orders returned from ships
* Scanning documentation for customer paperwork
* Completing work-related paperwork accurately
* Following all Health & Safety regulations
* Performing duties efficiently and safely under supervision
