Job Purpose: To provide social support to lady with physical disabilities.
Location: NR19, Dereham
Details: I am a friendly, easy‑going lady who is a manual wheelchair user due to having scoliosis who also suffers from anxiety and depression. However I enjoy company and love to go out shopping. I need a personal assistant to accompany me on social outings such as shopping, going to coffee shops, walks and occasionally support when attending medical appointments. I have a pet cat.

Summary terms and conditions:
* Rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour for employed PA and £14.94 for self‑employed PA. You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
* Hours and times of work: 4 hours per week, split as 2 hours on Mondays and 2 on Thursdays; between 09:00-11:00, potential for additional hours covering holiday/sick leave.
* Annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
Post is subject to the following:
* A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
* Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
* Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
