As part of the school’s commitment to excellence in the arts, you will deliver engaging lessons that encourage creativity and develop musical skills across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach music to students across KS3 and KS4
2. Plan and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards
3. Prepare students for assessments and performances
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s music provision
Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. Experience teaching music in secondary schools
8. Strong classroom management and communication skills
9. Ability to inspire and motivate students through engaging lessons
10. A genuine passion for music and education
