Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + generous annual leave policy + competitive bonus
Seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing projects in the built environment. (Must hold an RICS accredited degree to be considered for this role, this is an essential requirement).

Main duties of the Assistant Project Manager role include:
* Supporting the team on business development; preparing for client pitches and fee proposals.
* Involvement throughout the project life cycle, supporting colleagues from project briefing to technical reporting.
* Advising clients on procurement, design phases, risks, and mitigation strategies.
* Creating programmes of work and managing them throughout the project.
* Supporting delivery stages to ensure projects are completed to brief, on time, and within budget.
