Job Description
1. Lead a $100M+ new‑construction, wood‑frame multifamily project (5 over 2).
2. Manage full project execution including budget oversight, buyout, schedule, safety, and quality.
3. Supervise an Assistant Project Manager and 2-3 Superintendents.
4. Collaborate closely with a local Director and project leadership team.
5. Ensure alignment with organizational standards and delivery expectations across safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
6. Oversee project‑specific meetings, reporting, documentation, and field coordination.
7. Maintain consistent communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and site‑level leadership.

The Successful Applicant
8. Approximately 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering ground‑up multifamily projects.
9. Experience with new‑construction wood‑frame developments of 200+ units.
10. Proven ability to independently run projects, manage buyout, and oversee multimillion‑dollar budgets.
11. Will only consider Assistant Project Managers if they have already run full projects with budget and buyout responsibility.
12. Strong leadership skills with experience supporting or managing project teams.
13. Ability to collaborate effectively with Superintendents, APMs, and senior leadership.
14. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
