The role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in the UK&I. This is a critical role focused on strengthening and growing relationships with our key customers. You will act as the primary liaison between accounts and internal teams, driving strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and ensuring exceptional service to priority clients.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
2. Identify and capture opportunities to increase account value through upselling, cross-selling, and tailored solutions.
3. Proactively prospect and secure new strategic accounts to expand market presence.
4. Manage onboarding for new customers, annual communication plans, and commercial cooperation contract negotiations.
5. Oversee financial performance by optimizing pricing, monitoring margins, and aligning trade terms.
