We're looking for a passionate, hands-on General Manager to lead the re-opening of Hilsea Lido as Portsmouth's most exciting year-round destination for health, happiness, and community connection!

Building on the pool refurbishment by Portsmouth City Council, the visionary team behind Sea Lanes Brighton is breathing new life into this iconic 1935 site. From invigorating swims and soul-soothing sauna sessions to family activities, delicious eats, and energising events – we're creating something truly special.
