The Role
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen — from menu development and food quality to team leadership and stock control. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven chef who wants to make their mark and lead a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop seasonal, innovative menus
* Lead, inspire, and train the kitchen team
* Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
* Manage stock, GP, and kitchen budgets effectively
* Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Drive consistency, efficiency, and a positive team culture
About You
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Creative flair with a passion for high-quality ingredients
* Excellent knowledge of stock control and cost management
* Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach
