We are seeking HR Technology Interns who are interested in how technology supports HR operations. You will work with HR teams and IT staff to gain experience in HR software, employee data management, and digital transformation of people processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
* ✔️ Assist in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
* ✔️ Help update employee records and maintain databases.
* ✔️ Support the implementation of HR software solutions.
* ✔️ Assist in configuring workflows for leave, payroll, and performance.
* ✔️ Support data privacy and compliance in HR systems.
* ✔️ Help generate HR analytics and reports.
* ✔️ Collaborate with IT on system upgrades and troubleshooting.
* ✔️ Assist in testing new HR tools and integrations.
* ✔️ Document user guides and training materials.
* ✔️ Support employee self-service portal enhancements.
* ✔️ Participate in HR tech vendor evaluations.
* ✔️ Help HR staff with system audits and validations.
* ✔️ Assist in user training and adoption campaigns.
* ✔️ Research trends in HR technology and digital HR.
* ✔️ Contribute to improving HR efficiency through automation.
* ✔️ Shadow HR managers in tech-enabled HR processes.
