We are on the lookout for an amazing Office Administrator to help support our team and clients.
If you have a love for administrative tasks, and a desire to manage your own workload, and support some incredible small businesses, then we would love to hear from you
Usual duties include:
* Answering the office phone, taking enquiries and being the first point of contact for clients
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
* Opening, scanning and distributing incoming mail
* Maintaining and updating client records and databases
* Basic company secretarial filings with Companies House
* Assisting with various other administrative tasks as needed
You must:
* Be IT literate
* Be organised and have a great attention to detail
* Be flexible and dynamic, being able to review and challenge current processes with a view to improving
* Be enthusiastic, approachable and have a desire to help our clients as well as the team
