Key Responsibilities
* Provide outreach support to pupils who are struggling to attend school regularly.
* Work closely with families to identify barriers to attendance and develop effective solutions.
* Collaborate with school staff to plan and deliver academic support that helps children transition back into the classroom.
* Conduct home visits where appropriate to build relationships and encourage engagement.
* Monitor attendance, progress, and engagement, keeping clear and accurate records.
* Act as a link between home and school, promoting positive communication and trust.
* Support wider wellbeing initiatives that help children feel safe, motivated, and prepared for learning.
