DESCRIPTION
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be developing strong relationships with customers, answering customer inquiries on products or services, handling customer complaints or concerns, and managing your portfolio according to given KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicating directly with assigned customers via email, chat, and inbound/outbound calls;
* Acting as the main point of contact for assigned customers, and actively dealing with all queries and complaints, in a timely and effective manner;
* Conducting proactive profiling of assigned customers;
* Retaining assigned customers by allocating and administering rewards programs appropriately;
* Handling big winners and spenders according to internal guidelines;
* Proactively activating and reactivating customers in their assigned portfolio;
* Escalating operational issues to the Account Manager, as well as the Senior Account Manager, when necessary;
* Monitoring and analysing customer activity and behaviour to identify drops and spikes in campaign sales;
* Proactively acting on opportunities to enhance the player's experience;
* Providing continuous feedback to ensure proper promotional offers and rewards;
* Handling risk related cases of assigned customers when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
* Have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in CX Fort;
SKILLS
* Good command of written and spoken English;
* Fluent in written and spoken Turkish;
* Well-versed in using Microsoft Excel (minimum intermediate level);
* Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills;
* Flair for sales and quick at profiling customers;
* Passionate about sports and games of chance.
