Are you looking for a new challenge? Stelling Minnis CE Primary School is looking for an experienced, dynamic and engergetic KS2 Teacher to join our rural village primary school. You will be working with our wonderful colleagues to ensure that all of our delightful children flourish and thrive.
We are a small, friendly school with a supportive team and a staffroom full of laughter! A nurturing environment is important to us and we are fortunate to be surrounded by an impressive outdoor learning environment and of course you will get to know our neighbours comprising of alpacas, pigs, sheep, geese and more; meeting Peppa the Pig is a must!
Despite our remote location, we are conveniently located a short distance from Folkestone, Ashford and Canterbury with ample room for staff parking.
The successful candidate will need to:

3. Be a learner themselves – open to challenge and the exploration of new approaches.
4. Be a committed team member, show initiative and proactively work to improve their practice.
5. Promote the principles of inclusion by equitably enabling every child to overcome barriers to learning to achieve.
6. Have very high expectations of behaviour and be committed to establishing positive relationships with every child.
7. Deliver an innovative and creative curriculum that engages children and builds their resilience
8. Successfully lead more than one core subject
9. Be committed to upholding the Christian values of Curiosity, Compassion & Courage
10. Have a great sense of humour!
