What you’ll do
The Mobile Propositions Specialist will support with the discovery & design of mobile propositions: Via commissioning Insight, sharing key market trends & building proposition messaging to support in shaping product development & differentiated proposition offerings.
Key responsibilities
* Create messaging which outline the proposition, the core benefits & why VFUK
* Provide guidance and documentation to sales enablement & marketing teams to ensure alignment to our messaging which are based on market trends and proposition insights.
* Collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams to drive optimised positioning of our products across all customer touch points.
* Supporting the wider Product & Propositions team by commissioning customer and market insight to enable informed decisions to be made on future product developments.
* Contribute to Business cases where needed, using relevant market/customer insights to support product developments.
Who you are
* Ideally: A minimum of 2 years’ experience within Telecoms or Marketing
* High level of cross functional stakeholder engagement.
* Experience of engaging with Senior Management
* Excellent analytical/problems solving experience.
