Role: Legal Advisor - Civil LitigationSalary: £24,470Location: Sheffield, South YorkshireContract: Full time, permanentRole Purpose The Legal Advisor will act as a first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with civil litigation matters. The role involves gathering initial instructions, providing general legal guidance within agreed parameters, and progressing matters through the early stages of a claim while delivering a high standard of client care. Role Overview Working within a fast-paced advisory or legal services environment, the post holder will support the initial assessment and progression of civil disputes. The role requires regular telephone and written contact with clients and third parties, accurate data capture, and adherence to regulatory and service standards. Day-to-day supervision will be provided by a Team Leader, with overall accountability to senior management.
