Overview
Temporary, Full-time IT Technician to join the IT Services team to provide first-line technical support, resolve problems, install networking, and assist with maintenance of existing equipment and software.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support and resolve issues for users.
* Install networking and assist with maintenance of hardware and software.
* Assist with deployment and support of Microsoft Windows environments.
* Support iPad and Mac functionality and assist with interoperability between Apple and Microsoft ecosystems as needed.
Qualifications
* Good working knowledge of key Microsoft services and applications in a Windows environment.
* Experience with IT support in a school or similar environment is preferred.
* Understanding of iPad and Mac functionality; beneficial for interoperability between Apple and Microsoft ecosystems.
Contract and Benefits
This is a fixed-term contract until July 2026. The role is temporary, full-time.
