Are you an experienced prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with a knack for interpersonal communication? Have you completed or are currently undertaking the Clinical Pharmacists in General Practice Training Pathway? If so, we invite you to consider joining our dynamic team.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Teldoc Primary Care Network (PCN), you will:

• Provide leadership and collaborate with all other clinicians within the network.
• Embrace and implement new working methods, including telephone and video consultations, alongside traditional face-to-face interactions.

Teldoc PCN serves a population of 60,000 patients in Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. You will work alongside existing Clinical Pharmacists within our PCN, ensuring the delivery of excellent care to our patients.
