* Support month‑end close, including clearing existing backlog
* Review and improve end‑to‑end finance processes (many currently manual)
* Implement practical efficiency and control improvements
* Work confidently with Excel (advanced level required)
* Operate independently within a fast‑paced environment

* Hands‑on and delivery‑focused
* Experienced in financial close environments
* Able to quickly understand and improve processes
* Confident working under pressure with minimal supervision
