Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice and guidance on various business matters, including corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
* Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Advise on legal risks and potential liabilities that may impact the business.
* Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities as needed.
* Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business.
* Assist with corporate restructuring, reorganisations, and other legal transactions.
* Develop and implement training programs for employees on legal and compliance issues.
* Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on business decisions and initiatives.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
* A Minimum 1 Year PQE within Corporate matters.
