About the Role: • Teach and support students across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 with special educational needs. • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that cater to individual learning styles and abilities. • Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and support staff to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. • Provide 1:1 or small group support to ensure every child reaches their full potential. • Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to develop and implement effective support strategies. What We’re Looking For: • A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). • Experience working with students with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
