The Role
We look for our Team Leaders to possess more than just management skills. You’ll be hands-on one moment and coaching your team the next—think on your feet! We see you as the future Store Managers of Superdrug.
* Assist the management team with daily store activities
* Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service and store standards
* Help maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs
About you
* Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles within a fast-paced retail environment
* Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit, and service
* Confidence, resilience, ambition, and the ability to develop others
* Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided; not essential)
