Description:Full or part-time Associate position required for 2-5 days per week in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED Mixed practice near Whitchuch, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire
• £16 per UDA
• 60% Private split to the Dentist
• Hours 9am - 5pm

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
