Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site inspections with homeowners, scope projects, and provide quick estimates.
* Convert estimates into secured jobs through effective sales skills.
* Build relationships with customers, vendors, and tradespeople.
* Manage project resources and budgets, including subcontractors.
* Utilize quality control and estimating resources to support efforts.
* Meet all service standards set by the client or company.
* Estimate losses using 3rd party software (e.g., Xactimate or Symbility) and train staff as needed.
* Work with insured parties to obtain agreements and close opportunities.
* Ensure projects meet minimum gross profit margins.
* Document change orders and insurance supplements.
* Maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, brokers, and TPAs.
* Serve as the first contact for homeowners during on-call rotations.
* Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
