Building and leading large multifaceted delivery teams formed from across the Capgemini business and external third parties.• Responsible for the financial success of an engagement, managing and allocating engagement budgets appropriately to ensure success for both our clients and business.• Responsible for the commercial success of an engagement, owning the end-to-end construction and submission of commercial agreements, statements of work and change requests.
