Job Title: Sales Administrator Contract: Full Time, temporary ongoing Monday to Friday Location: Yardley Salary: £14-£15 per hour The Commercial Division of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator to join their client based in Yardley As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing Administration support to the Sales department. Additional responsibilities will include: - Booking in goods and ensuring that they are delivered within agreed timeframes - Handling inbound enquiries from customers and suppliers - Reviewing delivery notes and debit notes from manufacturers - Supporting with administration paperwork to investigate missing orders/claims/incorrect invoices - Maintaining an accurately updated system with completion of deliveries - Processing sales enquiries through email and telephone - Processing purchase orders, and tracking through to completion - Being the first point of contact to handle any inbound enquiries The successful candidate will be a hardworking individual who is wanting to progress a career within a Sales Administration post.
