Queenswood School is currently seeking an outstanding Humanities Teacher to join our team. We desire an ambitious, energetic, and committed educator who can enhance our pupils' learning experiences. The successful candidate will support students, including those with autism, SEMH, ADHD, and related complex needs.
Queenswood School is situated across two sites in a scenic rural setting in Herefordshire. We are an independent specialist day school dedicated to educating children and young people aged 11 to 19 years diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or SEMH. We are also looking for an experienced Lead for English across the school.
You Will
* Oversee curriculum planning to improve learning standards and achievement, ensuring content is well sequenced to promote progress.
* Ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented and consistently delivered.
* Collaborate with teachers and subject leads to integrate the LIFE curriculum with the wider curriculum.
* Ensure the effective use of resources.
