About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to support pupils with their learning, both in and out of the classroom. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management Supporting individual or small groups of students Providing one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning Helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a range of educational settings - from mainstream primaries to SEND provisions - with potential for long-term placements.
