Role Overview
Prism, part of the Focus Group family and a leader in the IT and Managed Technology sector, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll nurture key client relationships, manage a portfolio of accounts, and ensure each client receives exceptional service that truly meets their needs. You'll act as a trusted partner, offering insight, shaping tailored technology solutions, and supporting clients at every stage.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing team, advising clients across the UK while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, driving growth and ensuring customers receive first‑class service, while helping to expand Prism's presence within the Focus Group network.
What You'll Do
* Build and manage strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions.
* Drive sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
* Keep up‑to‑date with Microsoft 365 and broader IT trends to provide expert advice.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce new services.
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years' experience in a sales or account management role within an IT MSP, channel partner, or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
