Psychology Teacher - Ruislip
A large secondary school based in Ruislip, within the London Borough of London Borough of Hillingdon, is looking for a Psychology Teacher to start ASAP to cover sickness until further notice.
This position is full time, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Salary will match Outer London MPS/UPS. On-site parking is available for staff.

* Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, ensuring students develop strong analytical and evaluative skills. * Support students in understanding key psychological theories, research methods, and contemporary issues within the subject. * Encourage critical thinking and independent learning, enabling students to apply psychological concepts to real-life contexts. * Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all students are motivated to achieve their full potential. * Contribute to the wider life of the school, upholding its values and promoting academic excellence.

Qualifications and Person Specification: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * A relevant degree in Psychology or a related subject * Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 * Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Approachable, adaptable, and committed to high standards
