Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven Experience: Minimum 6 months in real estate sales (UK or international experience).
* Strong Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-relationship management.
* Goal-Driven & Self-Motivated: Must be performance-oriented with a strong work ethic.
* Language: Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are an advantage.
* Cultural Understanding: Ability to work with diverse clientele, especially European or GCC clients.
* RERA Certification: Advantageous but not mandatory (can be obtained after joining).
* Driving License: UAE license preferred after relocation (UK license acceptable initially).
