We’re looking for confident and driven individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Engagement Executives on a 4-month contract. In this fast-paced, phone-based role, you’ll engage with pharmacists across the UK, helping them access valuable educational and promotional resources by securing their e-consent.
If you thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building relationships over the phone, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
What you’ll be doing
1. Making high-volume outbound calls to community and hospital pharmacists across the UK
2. Clearly communicating the benefits of receiving educational and promotional content
3. Securing e-consent in a compliant and professional manner
4. Accurately recording all interactions in CRM systems
5. Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
6. Building positive relationships with healthcare professionals
7. Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
8. Ensuring all activity aligns with GDPR and ABPI compliance standards
9. Sharing insights and feedback from conversations with internal teams
