Site Assistant
Full time, permanent, all year round

Do you have experience in maintenance work and looking for your next role? If so, this vacancy might be what you are looking for.
We are looking to recruit a Site Assistant, to start as soon as possible, based at The Coleshill School, Coleshill.
As a Site Assistant, you will have a positive approach to planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements. You will have an understanding of general maintenance work, site security, cleaning, health and safety and safeguarding, however training will be provided. You will be joining a growing Operations and Estates team, who will support you in your role and in your development.
Salary: £24,027 - £25,992 per annum
Hours: full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round Monday to Thursday 6.30am – 2.30pm and Friday 6.30am – 2pm
Location: The Coleshill School, Coventry Road, Coleshill, B46 3EX
Start Date: as soon as possible
