Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
* A high flying, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is required for a high volume operation; if you are an existing Estate Agent we would love to hear from you.
* You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of £28,000–£30,000 (pro‑rata; dependent on candidate performance) whilst building your sales pipeline.
* Thereafter you will be offered a basic salary of £16,000, with realistic on‑target earnings of £35,000–£40,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2, plus an allowance per mile for business miles.
* The commission structure is 5% personal sales commission plus 2.5% on booking the PMA (Property Market Appraisal). If the PMA is booked and the valuation becomes available, you have already earned 2.5% commission; selling it earns you 5% commission – a combined 7.5%.
* The role involves substantial telephone work sourcing business, cross‑sales opportunities, setting up viewings, attending viewings, and closing deals on property sales.
* You will develop in‑depth knowledge of your applicant base, matching buyers with sellers and identifying potential buyers for properties not yet on the market.
* The telephone is the prime selling tool; the ideal associate is a consummate deal‑maker, comfortable selling by phone.
* Key responsibilities from day one: focus wholly on the selling process, using tools of trade to create income. The rewards structure rewards both personal and team effort, fostering team spirit alongside personal success.
