Salary: £14.00 - £21.00 per hour (plus travel time, mileage, etc.)

Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistant to support our Female Clients in Bath, Radstock & Keynsham. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well‑being.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
* Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them.
Requirements:
* Over 18 with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience in home care or related field preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English.
* Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
* Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others.
* Valid driver’s licence for travel between client homes.
Legal: This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
