As a data-driven position, you'll utilise both internal and external data to inform decision-making, ensuring the effective execution of our cyclical projects.
In this role, you'll contribute to shaping our business for future growth while supporting the broader organisation in achieving its strategic objectives through innovative approaches to reward and remuneration, fostering a positive culture, and overseeing cyclical HR projects. Collaboration is key as you'll work across all directorates within Study Group, engaging with senior stakeholders and spearheading the delivery of high-profile initiatives.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Subject Matter Expert for compensation and reward matters across the organisation, partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and senior leaders.
2. Advise HR colleagues and senior managers on remuneration and reward, both strategically for the whole organisation and for individual roles.
3. Analyse external benchmarking data to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation packages against industry and market.
