We’re looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about food, organised under pressure and excited about working in a fast paced, creative pub kitchen. The successful Sous Chef will: Be a strong, hands-on chef who enjoys leading from the front Have experience working in a busy fresh food kitchen Support the Head Chef with menu development and kitchen organisation Help train and develop junior chefs and kitchen porters Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards Be calm and organised during busy services Bring a positive attitude and great teamwork to the kitchen Why Bath Brew House?
