Were now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our clients branch in Reading and help them to continue delivering exceptional service.
The Role As Assistant Branch Manager, youll support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and strong team performance.
Youll be hands-on in the workshop while also helping to drive sales and branch success.
What Were Looking For Previous experience in a fast-fit / automotive service environment .
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
A focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Reading.
Commercial awareness and drive to achieve targets.
